I tried this out last weekend. It looks rather big and that it might hurt somewhat. However put a load of lube on and gently squeeze it in and it is quite quite pleasureable. Hits that spot nicely. It can be a bit of a co-ordination problem gentle pushing it in and out whilst the other hand is stroking the cock. Nice.
